What Filled is

Filled is an independent, privately operated tool that collects Indian government job, exam, scholarship, admission and scheme notifications, checks their published eligibility rules against details you enter, and — where a form has been mapped — fills that official form from your saved profile for you to review and submit yourself.

Filled is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of India, any state government, or any recruitment board. We are not an agent, a consultancy, or a recruiter. We cannot influence any application, result or selection.

What we promise, and what we do not

• We publish only what we can trace to an official notification, and every opportunity page links the document it was written from. If a fact cannot be traced, it does not go up.
• We do not promise the information is complete or error-free. Notifications are long, they are amended by corrigenda, and transcription is done by people. Always confirm anything that decides your application — dates, fees, eligibility — against the official document and portal before you act.
• We fix mistakes rather than defend them. Tell us and the page is corrected or withdrawn. That is the remedy we offer, and it is the one that helps.
• We never submit an application for you, never store your government-portal password or an OTP, and never solve a captcha. The final submission is always your own act on the official portal.
• An eligibility result is an assessment, not a decision. Only the recruiting body decides who is eligible. If the two disagree, the recruiting body is right.

Your side

• Enter your own accurate details, and keep your account to yourself. A form filled from wrong details is wrong on the portal too.
• Review every field before submitting. Filled leaves a value blank and flags it when it is not confident; it is on you to read the flags.
• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to break the service, and do not use it to submit applications on other people’s behalf without their knowledge.
• Application fees are paid on the official portal, to the government. Any fee Filled charges is separate, shown before you pay, and only ever for our own service.

Content and ownership

Notification facts — dates, vacancies, eligibility rules — are public government information and belong to nobody. Our own writing, design, code and the way this catalogue is organised are ours. Official documents linked or hosted here remain the property of the issuing authority and are provided for reference.

Limits

Filled is provided as it is, free of charge except for clearly priced optional features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected application, or any loss that follows from relying on information here without checking it against the official source. That is not a disclaimer we hide behind — it is why every page links the source and says when it was last checked.

Changes, and ending it

These terms may change; the date above moves when they do, and material changes are announced in the app and on the site. You can stop using Filled at any time and delete your account and its data permanently from Settings.

Governing law

Indian law applies. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
