What this exam is for

The Common Eligibility Test (Graduate Level) is a screening test — its score is what lets you apply to the graduate-level Rajasthan subordinate services that use it.
Posts covered include Platoon Commander (Home Guards), Patwari, Junior Accountant and other subordinate and clerical services.
A CET score is valid for three years from the date of the result.

One Time Registration fee (paid once, not per exam)

General, and Creamy Layer OBC/MBC: ₹600.
Rajasthan Non-Creamy Layer OBC/MBC, EWS, SC and ST: ₹400.
All Divyangjan (persons with disability) applicants: ₹400.
Candidates from OUTSIDE Rajasthan are treated as General for the fee, even if they hold an SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS certificate from their own state.
If you have already paid the One Time Registration fee before, you do not pay it again.

Log in with your SSO ID at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in and use the Recruitment portal.
The One Time Registration must be completed and paid before the application closes.

Patwari	Rajasthan Engineering Subordinate (Irrigation) Service, and separately under the Revenue (Land Records, Land Reform & Colonisation) Subordinate Service.
Junior Accountant	Rajasthan Subordinate Accounts Service, and separately under the Rajasthan State Agricultural Marketing Board (Service).
Tehsil Revenue Accountant	Rajasthan Revenue Accounts Subordinate Service.
Supervisor (Women Empowerment)	Rajasthan Women Empowerment Subordinate Service.
Supervisor	Rajasthan Integrated Child Development Subordinate Service.
Deputy Jailor	Rajasthan Prisons Subordinate Service.
Hostel Superintendent Grade-II	Rajasthan Social Welfare Subordinate Service.
Village Development Officer	Rajasthan Panchayati Raj.
Hostel Superintendent (Male/Female) Grade-II — Rajasthan Tribal Regional Development State & Subordinate Service.
The advertisement lists twelve service-and-post combinations in all; eligibility for each is set by that service's own recruitment rules, not by this notification.

Qualifying, and how long the score lasts

You must score at least 40 per cent to be eligible for the main recruitment exam or interview of a post covered by this CET.
SC and ST candidates get a relaxation of up to 5 per cent in that minimum.
A CET score is valid for three years from the date of the result (Personnel Department notification of 16.01.2025).
There is NO limit on the number of attempts, and your best available score counts while it is still valid.
Scores from the previous CET (Graduate Level) 2024 expired on 11.02.2026 — those candidates have to apply again.
Clearing the CET is only a screening step. It is not a guarantee of a job, and you must still meet the age, education and other conditions of the specific post's service rules.

Reservation, as stated in this advertisement

Women	30 per cent horizontal reservation, applied category-wise. Within that, 8 per cent is for widows and 2 per cent for divorced women.
MBC (non-creamy layer, Rajasthan)	5 per cent.
EWS	10 per cent.
Ex-servicemen	12.5 per cent, applied horizontally to direct recruitment.
Outstanding sportspersons	2 per cent of total vacancies, horizontal, and only for candidates holding the certificates the state notification names.
Sahariya (primitive tribe) candidates of Baran district get the district-specific benefit ONLY if the category column is filled in correctly in the application.
Candidates from other states are treated as General here, even with an SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS certificate from their home state.

Traps worth knowing before you apply

Vacancy numbers are NOT in this notification. The Board states that department-wise and service-wise vacancies are announced later, when the main exam advertisement for a post is issued.
Miss two exams in one financial year (any Rajasthan recruitment agency) and your One Time Registration is BLOCKED. Reactivating it costs ₹750, and ₹1,500 if it happens again.
Apply only from your own SSO ID. An application filled from someone else's SSO ID is not accepted.
Details entered in your OTR — category, disability status, home state — are pulled into the form and CANNOT be edited there, so get the OTR right first.
A visible body mark is a compulsory field in the online form.
