Who can apply
- A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India, as on 21 August 2026. You must already hold a valid mark-sheet or degree certificate on the day you register.
- Age 20 to 28 years as on 1 August 2026 — born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2006, both dates inclusive.
- Operating and working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory.
- You must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the local language of the State or UT you apply for. This is tested in a Local Language Proficiency Test.
- You may apply for vacancies in ONE State or UT only, and you sit the exam in that State or UT.
