- No fee at all for: female candidates, SC and ST candidates, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, widows, divorced women, women judicially separated and not remarried, ex-servicemen, transgender persons, and departmental candidates.

| PwBD (General/EWS) | 10 years. PwBD (OBC): 13 years. PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years. |

| Departmental candidates | permanent Delhi Cantonment Board employees with at least three years' continuous service — up to 5 years, for posts in the same or an allied cadre. |
| A candidate who takes ANY relaxed standard — age, experience, qualification or a wider zone of consideration — is counted against the reserved vacancy, not the unreserved one. | |
Selection: one exam, no interview
- Final selection and merit rest on a Computer Based Test alone.
- 120 marks, objective multiple choice, 120 minutes.
