Apprentices Act 1961 ke tahat training se railway ki naukri ka koi automatic right nahi milta. Apprenticeship Rules 1992 ke hisaab employer training khatam hone par employment dene ke liye majboor nahi hai, contract khatam ho jata hai.
Lekin ek real advantage hai: Level-1 (purane Group D) vacancies ke 20% Act Apprentices ke liye reserved hain, agar wo NCVT National Apprenticeship Certificate rakhte hain aur written exam qualify karte hain.
